It’s part of what we do as you adviser, to support you through any claim you have. We understand this is a difficult time for you and your family, and we are here to help and support you as much as we can.
How we can help:
There are real benefits in having us guide you through the your claims process:
- We can lodge your claim with the insurer and will help you with the completion of that paperwork and getting the medical evidence the insurer(s) need.
- We will stay in contact with your claims case manager and we’ll be checking on the benefits they arrange for you, just to be sure that you are paid what you are entitled to.
- Most importantly, we’ll just be there…when you need it most. We will do everything we can to make this process easier for you.
How to submit your claim:
There are three ways you can go about doing this:
- Fill in the claim information form via our simple form and we will call you back as soon as possible.
- Send us an email with the basic information and we will call you back
- Or you can call us directly to talk about your claim.
