What can we do for you?
Receiving your ACC mail direct from ACC
CPX review – do you have the right amount of cover to ensure your lifestyle and assets are protected? Every year I will review this for you and ensure your CPX invoice is correct.
Classification Unit (CU) review – Having the correct CU ensures you are paying the right amount for your occupation class. I have come across clients who have been on the wrong CU and are paying more than they need to or will come unstuck at claims time when ACC checks up (then it’s too late). If you are doing the farm books and not actively involved in the physical running of the farm are you on the Administrators rates (~$488 per annum in 2014) or the farming rates (~$1,120 per annum)?
Set up payment plans
Ensure you do not get late payment penalties from ACC by paying your invoice on time. ACC have great payment plans available. You can choose the 4-6 month option with no administration fee or the 7-10 month option with a 5.4% administration fee.
Discount scheme referral
I will check with ACC to find out which discount schemes you may be eligible for. Grab 10% off your work levy by filling in a simple Health and Safety booklet available from us.
Claims
I can check to make sure your claims are on track for payment. You need to make sure you contact us when the injury/accident or illness first occurs so we can advise you. Let’s make sure that it is logged correctly and you have a case manager. Although I am not an ACC advocate, I can explain the process to help you manage this more efficiently.
I can also manage your personal insurance claims at the same time. Remember I don’t work for the insurance companies and love to get money out of them for you.
